1. Data we collect
Depending on the form you use, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, company, role, learning goal, program interest, message, source page, and the time your request was received.
2. Why we use it
We use this data to deliver requested documents and role-based email courses, track which lesson should be sent next, respond to enquiries, provide program information, send Aptus AI Insights when you have opted in, improve our services, and protect forms from abuse.
3. Where data is processed
Form submissions may be processed through Aptus AI's website server, Google Apps Script and Google Sheets, Brevo for contact management and email delivery, Telegram for internal lead notifications, and email infrastructure used by Aptus AI. These providers may process data outside Vietnam under their own security and privacy terms.
4. Consent and marketing messages
The 14-day course and Weekly Insights are sent only to people who actively requested the course and agreed to useful Aptus AI updates, or subscribed to updates separately. Each course lesson and marketing campaign provides an unsubscribe option. Unsubscribing stops future course and marketing emails but does not prevent necessary replies to an existing request.
5. Retention and protection
We retain data only for as long as needed for the purposes described above, operational records, and applicable legal obligations. We use access controls, HTTPS, firewall rules, rate limiting, and bot protection where configured. No online system can guarantee absolute security.
6. Your choices and rights
You may ask to access, correct, restrict, or delete your data, or withdraw marketing consent, by emailing info@aptusai.vn. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information when legally required.
