Over 10 years building and running businesses, Nguyen has chased one question the whole way through: how do you make a team genuinely better, more effective, and capable of real leaps in performance?
Before focusing on AI, Nguyen spent 15+ years in training and people development, directly designing and delivering leadership, sales, mindset, and management programs for teams at 50+ domestic and international organizations, VinFast, VietinBank, Abbott, AIA, Marico, Manulife, Adidas.
The turn toward AI started with a training project in the pharmaceutical industry, where both budget and time were tight. Instead of the traditional approach, Nguyen began researching and applying AI to build, run, and solve the project's problems more effectively.
AI gradually found its way into very concrete work: client research and persuasion, proposal building, building websites, content development, branding, and sales support. Some of the resulting contracts were worth $30,000 and $70,000, deals where AI became a real part of preparing for and winning the client.
What started as one project became an in-depth journey of research and application. Nguyen has spent over 1,000 hours learning, experimenting with, and deploying AI, while directly training and working alongside businesses as they adopt it.
That experience made one thing increasingly clear:
AI doesn't create its biggest advantage for someone who simply knows how to use it. AI creates its biggest breakthrough when it's placed in the hands of someone with deep expertise.
When a sales expert, an HR leader, an operations manager, or a CEO learns to combine AI with their expertise, AI doesn't just save time. It can change how they analyze, decide, build solutions, and create value.
That's why Nguyen focuses on researching, deep training, and deploying applied AI grounded in real-world expertise, rather than just teaching AI tools.

With over 25 years in leadership roles at multinational corporations and major enterprises, including Unilever, Fujitsu Vietnam, First Solar, Premier Oil, and Masan Consumer Holdings, Ms. Quý Hiền has spent most of her career solving one core problem: how a people-development strategy translates into real results for an organization.
While leading large-scale HR transformation programs, Ms. Quý Hiền also began thinking seriously about how AI could be applied meaningfully to HR work, rather than treated as just a technology trend. She taught herself, researched, and applied AI directly to her own professional problems, from building tools to support compensation calculations and CV screening, to HR data analysis, report automation, and HR analytics.
That hands-on experience showed her something important: AI's value doesn't come from knowing one more tool, it comes from the ability to combine AI with domain expertise, data, and business context. It's a natural extension of her background in “People Intelligence,” “HR Analytics,” and “AI-enabled practices,” which she now draws on to help companies and corporations raise productivity and business performance. She also shares her knowledge and experience with the community and young professionals through her podcast, “Have A Tea Talk.”
At Aptus AI, Ms. Quý Hiền leads the AI for HR and AI for Leadership courses, and advises organizations on building their AI+expertise roadmap, from identifying where AI can be applied and prioritizing the right problems, to embedding AI into their teams' real workflows and capabilities.
She is a DBA candidate at the Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Thailand, researching leadership effectiveness and organizational performance. She is also a Certified Leadership Coach (ICF), with deep expertise in HR Analytics, Talent & Competency Systems, Agile HR, and Design Thinking.
For Ms. Quý Hiền, AI has never been a problem that belongs to the IT department alone. In the digital era, AI is a core capability that needs to be built directly into the professional “DNA” of every function and every business's operating strategy.
